the only redeeming quality was the breakfast, which was 'ok' until the milk was served warm. the street noise was unbearable, I was practically serenaded to sleep by drunken revelers till dawn. as a sophisticated traveler, I fully expected a complimentary upgrade but was cruelly left to suffer in an ordinary room. I just couldn't in good conscience give a decent review.
